1/2 cup chicken cooked, skin and fat removed, ground/shredded
2 tablespoons chicken liver cooked, ground
1 cup whole wheat pasta cooked
3/4 cup tomatoes steamed, diced
3/4 cup peas steamed
2 teaspoons cod liver oil
400 mg or 1/4 teaspoon finely ground egg shell
Optional: 1/2 cup bone broth
Combine chicken and liver in medium bowl, mix well. Add tomatoes, peas, oil and calcium; mix. Add pasta, mix again and serve.
